Fina's new rulings state that any rubber on a suit will be deemed illegal for competition, however, the bumps on the FSII can be removed. The bumps come off easily by simply picking with your finger or with tweezers. It takes roughly 10 to 15 minutes to remove the bumps, but it is well worth the time for the incredible savings!!!
